NEIGHBORHOOD OF CARIBE POOL RULES
1. Pool hours are 8 a.m. until dark.
2. No after hours swimming permitted.
3. No lifeguard on duty. Swimming is at your own risk.
4. No children younger than twelve may swim unless supervised by an adult.
5. No diving, running, or rough play permitted in pool area.
6. No glass permitted in pool area.
7. No food or drink permitted within four feet of pool.
8. No animals permitted in pool area.
9. Please shower before entering the pool.
10. The maximum number of bathers for each pool is twenty persons.
11. Only owners and their guests are permitted.
NEIGHBORHOOD OF CARIBE TRAFFIC RULES
1. The maximum speed that a motor vehicle may be operated on the streets of The Neighborhood of Caribe is 20 mph.
2. All provisions of Section 316.640 Florida Statutes related to traffic rules are applicable to the operation of motor vehicles and other traffic in The Neighborhood of Caribe.
3. Parking on street or along right-of-way is prohibited and may result in $100 fine and/or towing at vehicle owner’s expense.
